SystemRescue Partitioning on servers

I have a server (Windows 2008 R2 Standard) with multiple partitions and need to move some storage space from one large partition to a smaller one with the OS on it. Does SystemRescue work for Servers or just for PCs?

Bump. I'm really just looking for a simple software that will allow me to move storage from one partition to the other when they are not right next to each other. Hence the need for a third party program.

To few informations to help.

Copy the files under windows.
Sometime it is a good idea to migrate Windows with a migration tool from the target drive manufacturer.
