Set all block devices to read-only

I think it should be made an extra option (not necessarily the default) to make SystemRescueCd set all attached block devices to read-only until the user explicitly changes that block device to read-write. Even if you mount a filesystem read-only, that can still cause a file system journal to be replayed into the file system, which you certainly don't want if you're working on a disk that's about to die and you simply want to rescue what you can before it's too late. This is a user error, but it's a gotcha that can be avoided by making sure the block device itself is read-only. I'm sure there are other things that could happen automatically or by user error, but I think this would be useful in some use cases, and allowing the user to change any block device to read-write as required (eg target USB disk to rescue files to) should help avoid any mistakes.
