Add support for secure boot systems (via shim).

Microsoft's Windows 10 hardware certification program no longer requires a system to have the option to turn off Secure Boot in the BIOS. In addition, there are many Windows 8 systems in the wild that don't have this option either. Even those systems that do have the option usually have 'Quick Boot' enabled, which in turn means that if you can't boot anything on it, you can't even get to the BIOS/UEFI settings to try to turn off Secure Boot. Because of this, it is impossible to use SystemRescueCD on a significant number of newer systems.

There are already multiple known working options for getting a Live CD to work with Secure Boot, it would be really nice if SystemRescueCD could add support for this into the main distribution so we don't have to customize our copies to handle this.
