GParted included no where near compatible with Ubuntu 10.10

I wanted to use System Rescue CD to do a new disk migration today, moving from 1TB to 1.5TB. When I pulled up GParted though, your version showed odd unallocated gaps between partitions, especially around the EXT4 partition.

Given what I saw, I didn't trust your software to perform the migration correctly.

I have seen this problem in other versions of System Rescue CD. Just how far away from the version included in the Ubuntu distros are you?

SystemRescueCd-1.7.0-beta001 comes with Parted-2.3 with the patches from Ubuntu-10.10 so it's really up to date now.
I left parted-2.2 in previous version because Parted-2.3 was not working (without any patch) when I tested it few months ago.
