Unable to boot on newly restored RAID0 partition

Hi,

I've saved my OS partition from 2 RAID0 hdd and restored it on an other pair of hdd. After restore, the system doesn't boot. What am I supposed to do to make it boot ?

When using partimage i've tried the option "restore mbr from file" but partimage says "no mbr found on this file".

I used sysresccd v1.5.6

Hi,

I've been able to boot on my partition by using the windows console :
fixboot
chkdsk /R
bootcfg /rebuild

Now it works well, but I'd like to know why it hasn't gone well with partimage alone. If someone could explain, it would be great !
