Not defined network card 1969: 1091

Questions about problems with your hardware. For example, if you the kernel hangs during boot because of an hardware failure or if you have a problem with a driver not working or missing.

A quick google search on "Atheros Communications Device [1969: 1091] (rev 10)" indicates it is a reasonably new driver (in 2012)
that wasn't yet in the kernel. If that is still true you may have to build yourself a custom kernel to support it.

has instructions for gentoo which is the base for the rescue CD so that may work for you. A quick look at the latest kernel config indicates that the AR816x support is set as a module though (although the driver may need an update to support your particular model).

This device for at least two years. Is that so little? I do not want to offend you, but it's all very strange. I certainly can build a kernel, but why sysresccd no actual kernel version? Even in ancient Centos 6.5 I have the correct driver.

You won't offend me, because I'm just a happy user of the rescue CD not the maintainer, so I don't know why the driver isn't present or even if the driver isn't present (not having such a card). The fix I found involved back porting an experimental driver and I can see why that might not be good in a production release but I really don't know.
