PXE booting v3.0.0 in existing PXE environment

Postby laird » 24 Oct 2012, 22:23

Hi,

I have an existing PXE environment and I'm trying to figure out how to do this. I tried like this without luck:

label RescueCD
menu label SystemRescueCD 3.0.0
kernel srcd/rescue64
append initrd=srcd/initram.igz netboot=tftp://10.4.32.11/srcd/sysrcd.dat

LABEL rescuecd_docache
MENU LABEL SystemRescueCd: all files cached to memory (docache)
KERNEL srcd/ifcpu64.c32
APPEND srcd/rescue64 docache -- srcd/rescue32 docache

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Alan

The first block look correct, but the syntax depend the PXE loader.

Show a working entry.

tftp is very slow. Think about html or NBD booting.
