pxe/nfs boot fail

Post by garth » 25 Sep 2010, 22:05

Since the update to 1.6.0, I can't get systemrescuecd to load with NFS. I use rescuecd kernel. NFS mounting fails with "no device found". The only change to the server between 1.5.8 and 1.6.0 was the content of /tftpboot/sysrcd (that's where the iso is mounted on the server), everything else was kept the same.

Thanks for the help.

It looks like the nfs kernelmodule is missed in the 32 bit standardkernel initrd.
Booting altker works.
I wrote a bugreport.
