this is sort of a feature request, my apologies if this has been mentioned before,
but is it possible to make systemrescuecd bootable on 32bit EFI + 64 bit CPU systems? (intel baytrail)
(by including a bootia32.efi, correctly compiled kernel?)
bootia32.efi
Re: bootia32.efi
i would also like to request this.
many of the smaller computers such as tablets or ultrabooks that come with Windows 8 or 10 will refuse to boot from a USB stick or cdrom if they cannot find a 32 bit efi boot file.
sometimes i can get it to the boot selection page but none of the options boots nor gives any error message.

Re: bootia32.efi
Hi everyone,
here is another one who needs a solution to this problem.
I've tried to create a bootable USB stick with SystemRescueCD on it for a system which requires bootia32.efi.
But unfortunately the boot process ends with the grub prompt.
I hope some specialist can help.
Greetings and a happy new year
