Able to boot from USB on PC, not on Windows server 2003

Post in this forum for problems at boot time, if there was no problem for burning the disc. For example can't find the CD, or strange errors when you press enter at the very first prompt.

Able to boot from USB on PC, not on Windows server 2003

I've been somewhat successful in booting system rescue on a test PC. I can boot from USB, get to the Graphical UI where I am able to edit partitions which is exactly my goal for our server. The new issue I am having is when I open boot options on the PC I am shown two USB options to boot from, one of which claims "No Operating System" and the other, which gives me the successful boot of system rescue. The server however, shows me one USB boot available, and gives me "No Operating System" when I try to use it.
