4.5.1 ignores nodhcp and nonet boot options [solved]

I'm trying to boot my customized SystemRescueCD without automatically configuring the networking. I have custom scripts that will take care of that. I can't seem to prevent either dhclient or dhcpcd from starting on boot. I've tried nonet, nodhcp, and nonm options by themselves and in combination with no luck. I would remove the binaries for dhcpcd and dhclient, but my scripts need those. How do I get SystemRescueCD to just leave the networking up to me? This will be booted on different computers with different numbers of ethernet interfaces, so I can't be specific with manual boot command line options.

Network is initialized in 2 steps.
The first step happens in the init script in the initrd . This is hard to prevent complete.
Boot with the minishell option and view the init script.
Without Network depending boot options dhcp should not run.

The second step after the chroot is done from Networkmanager.
Just remove /etc/init.d/NetworkManager or the link to it in the runlevel directorys.

Removing NetworkManager from /etc/runlevels/default/ did the trick. Thanks.
