I get that in the log:

Code: Select all

Installation on /dev/sdb at 2012-12-17_12:40
The device [/dev/sdb] seems to be big enough: 1905 MB.
--> /var/tmp/usb_inst.tmp/install-mbr /dev/sdb --force
--> /var/tmp/usb_inst.tmp/parted -s /dev/sdb mklabel msdos
--> /var/tmp/usb_inst.tmp/parted -s /dev/sdb mkpart primary 0 100%
Warning: The resulting partition is not properly aligned for best performance.
--> /var/tmp/usb_inst.tmp/parted -s /dev/sdb set 1 boot on
The device [/dev/sdb1] seems to be big enough: 1905 MB.
mkfs.vfat 3.0.9 (31 Jan 2010)
Partition /dev/sdb1 has been successfully formatted
The device [/dev/sdb1] seems to be big enough: 1905 MB.
/dev/sdb1 successfully mounted on /mnt/usbstick
DEBUG: diskspace(/mnt/usbstick): freespace=, sysrcdspc=0, realfreespace=0
Free space on /mnt/usbstick is 0MB error: There is not enough free space on the USB-stick to copy the SystemRescuecd files.

Though df says everything is okay:

Code: Select all

/dev/sdb1        1947404         4   1947400   1% /media/usbstick

Apparently there is a problem in the script where it parses the output of df.
Can you please run the command again using "bash -x" to see what happens ?
